This wasn’t my first exciting Temperance Brennan story. I read The Bone Code last year and thoroughly enjoyed it.
I adore this main character’s internal dialogue, her dark resilient humor under stress, and the continued opportunity to delve into her scientific investigations as a forensic anthropologist.
