Becca Larson is a reporter for a local television station in Minnesota, and she finds a good lead on a niche story that would bring her to Florida. Becca is excited that the story could be perfect for an upcoming sweeps week, and it will also give her a rare opportunity to visit her brother, who lives nearby. Shortly after Becca’s arrival in the Sunshine State, everything in her life, both with work and her family, seems to take a bizarre turn. She feels like she has entered some kind of Twilight Zone . . . how could her life go so wrong so fast? There must be more than fate at work here, and she’s determined to use her investigative skills to get to the truth.

I recommend this book to fans of twisty mysteries and domestic drama.
